When I first started as a product manager at IKEA. I dreamt of solar panels accessible to everyone. To put things in motion, the team and I identified and launched a new segment for the IKEA range. Based on insights and user research, we designed the value proposition, framed the market opportunity, and built the case to ensure stakeholder buy-in.This led to the creation of a go-to-market strategy, product range roadmap (hardware and digital), and integration of the offering into INGKA energy services.
