About
Originally from France, I moved to Sweden nearly twenty years ago after living in Belgium, Germany and the UK. Curiosity, compassion, creativity, courage, connection and communication have always guided me, and they continue to shape how I work and lead today.
Some of my earliest memories involve sitting for hours with my Playmobil pirate ship, redrawing it and trying to improve its design. More cannons were clearly not the answer, but that simple act of exploring, adjusting and imagining sparked two lifelong interests: my love for the sea and my fascination with creating experiences that feel intentional and meaningful.
Later, working as a designer in the tech industry, I realised that the real challenges were rarely about technology. They were about people. They were about translating ideas into something intuitive, useful and emotionally resonant. I often found myself bridging the space between engineers, business stakeholders and the people who would eventually use the products. Helping teams understand each other, surface insights and reach clarity became one of my favourite parts of the work.
Over time, my perspective expanded toward a more systemic view of design: one that includes business outcomes, organisational capability, community impact and the broader context of our planet. Whether I am leading a creative team or shaping a business strategy, I stay focused on how decisions connect back to human needs and contribute to a better everyday life.
I care deeply about helping people articulate their ideas, express their needs and feel understood. I enjoy guiding teams through complexity and supporting them in making thoughtful, informed decisions.
My mission is simple: to help build a world where people connect more deeply with each other and with nature. It is the lens through which I approach my work and the future I want to help create.
