Hej, I'm Ben.

I'm a Strategic Designer, Product Manager, and Innovation Leader working at the intersection of physical products, business strategy, and organisational transformation.
For more than 15 years, I've helped build and grow consumer product businesses across Sony, Philips, Decathlon, Sigma Connectivity, and IKEA.

My career began in industrial design, where I led the development of consumer electronics from early concept to market launch at Philips and Sony. As co-founder of the Sigma Connectivity design studio, I moved into product strategy, value proposition development, and cross-functional leadership.

At IKEA, I built the Home Smart Energy business from the ground up, defining vision, roadmap, and portfolio direction. I later supported transformation within Inter IKEA Retail Concept Operations, shaping brand direction and ways of working across global markets.

I turn insight into strategy, strategy into roadmaps, and roadmaps into results. I build business cases, shape product portfolios, and align technology with organisational capability.

I lead with empathy and clarity. I help teams and organisations set direction, make confident decisions, and deliver in complex environments.
